DEPOSITS: All clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $25 for touch ups, fills and full sets. The deposit will go towards the total of the service and also secure your spot. NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT.
NEW CLIENTS: All new clients receive $10 off for full sets only. If you already have lashes on by another artist, you will be required to send a picture with your eyes open and closed to determine if I can work over them or not. If I can not work over your lashes I will recommend a removal and full set.
FILLS: You must have at least 40%-50% of your lashes left for it to be considered a fill. If you have less than 40% of your lashes left, you will be charged depending on how much you need filled or you will be charged the price of a full set.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: A 24hr notice is required to cancel/reschedule an appointment. If the notice is not given within the 24hrs, another deposit will be required to reschedule.
LATE APPOINTMENTS: If you are running late to your appointment, please be courteous and let me know ahead of time. I will fill you as much as possible with the remaining time you have left. I will not be able to give you more time because you are late. If you are more than 15-20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and another deposit will be required to book/reschedule.
NO SHOWS: If you do not give me any notice that you will not make it to your appointment and no show, you will be charged HALF the price of the service you booked for. You will also have to pay another deposit if you wish to reschedule.
REFUNDS: There will be no refunds available. All sales are final.
FREE TOUCH UPS: In the beginning of your appointment I will have a mini consultation about how you want your lash length, curl, shape, style etc. If for any reason you experience any issues with your lash extensions, please contact me within 3 days. I will be more than happy to offer you a 30 minute free touch up. If you contact me after 3 days, you will have to pay for a touch up.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Give yourself time.
Allow 90 minutes to 2.5 hours for your first appointment.
TIP: If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.
Get ready to relax.
Avoid caffeine before your appointment, as it can make it difficult to lie still during the application process.
Arrive with a fresh face.
Remove all eye makeup. Avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Don't curl your lashes. Do not wear mascara to your lash appointment.
TIP: Try not to use waterproof mascara 2-3 days prior to your appointment, since it can leave a residue that can prevent extensions from adhering correctly.
Shower/wash hair before your appointment. It is recommended that you shower and wash your hair before your appointment. Your new lashes will not be able to get wet for at least 24 hours after application. This includes steam from the bathtub, rinsing off in the shower, working out and standing over boiling water (steam) .
Lose your lenses.
Wear glasses or remove your contact lenses prior to your application.
