Store Policy

Our fulfillment center is still operating as normal until further notice. Standard processing time generally takes 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), however, due to the unfortunate circumstances regarding COVID-19 the processing time may be extended. We appreciate your understanding and patience with any delays you may experience with your order.


Our team is taking extra precautions when handling packages and is equipped with the appropriate cleaning wipes and disinfectants to wipe down high touch point areas within our facility. In addition, all team members are required to wear gloves when handling any products or packages. 

As there are continuous changes with COVID-19 this may affect shipping times with delivery carriers. Please allow additional time for packages to be delivered. 

Local Contactless Pick ups & Drop offs

This is strictly for South Jersey area. Please select "Pick up" for this option and you will be notified. 


We are taking all the necessary measures to ensure the safety of our employees by recommending frequent hand washing, social distancing, staying home when sick, and pausing all non-essential work travel.

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds 0r exchanges.

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it. Please include your order number.


How do I cancel an order?


Orders are processed within 24 hours. If you made a mistake with your purchase you can contact one of our Lash experts at within 30 minutes of your order to cancel your order.

Do you offer exchanges and returns?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged at


How do I track my order?

Tracking is emailed to you the moment your order ships. However, USPS does not update tracking for 24-48 hours after the initial scan of your shipment. We ask that you check back in 48 hours. If you still do not see tracking information please contact one of our Lash Experts at

What's your shipping policy?

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.

USPS First Class (5-7 Business Days)

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days)

Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.
